Art has always taken place outside. The notion of the drug addled and/or misanthropic artist, the curmudgeon, is a misrepresentation of the creative process, artists, and art. Art is in a constant state of being created and artists are constantly stealing-or gleening-from fellow artists--past/present--and the natural world. Those who only create indoors have one perspective of the world, those who only create outdoors another, and those who do both probably have the best perspective of all, but that's just my opinion. So, Go Outside, or come here. Welcome to TheArtOfOutside. Peace!
